Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) Integration

 / June 04,2026

The NetBeacon Institute continues to expand the available categories to support the critical work of creating a safer Internet. We are proud to announce that as part of an expanded partnership with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and Public Interest Registry, IWF will now accept reports of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) from the NetBeacon Institute.

The IWF is a world leading INHOPE hotline provider, based in the United Kingdom. They work to disrupt and remove online child sexual abuse material, and will now receive reports submitted through NetBeacon Reporter for review and processing.

Reports provided will be sent directly to the IWF via a pass through mechanism, with no information being stored within NetBeacon Reporter. IWF will process the reports according to their existing processes. IWF works across the industry to get the content removed by the hosting provider, de-indexed in search results and disrupted at the DNS level where the website is commercially dedicated to CSAM.

Public Interest Registry’s (PIR) sponsorship of key IWF services for registries and registrars is now available.  Any registry or registrar operators who are interested in receiving alerts from IWF can do so at no cost.
